💌 Easy Returns

We hope you love your Sanrova purchase! But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right.

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Simply email us at contact@sanrova.com and our care team will walk you through the return process.

Please do not send your product back without contacting us first — we’ll provide the correct return address.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Used or opened personal care items

  • Final sale or clearance products

We always prioritize your safety and cleanliness in every return.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a small deduction (equal to the original shipping cost) may apply to your refund.

  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
